Get ready to rock the weekend away when Deep Purple makes their triumphant return to Singapore on April 9 & 10 at Fort Canning Park. One of the greatest Rock Bands the World has ever known, the legendary Purple have launched a massive World wide tour in support of their highly acclaimed new album "Bananas".

The band is in top form featuring original members Ian Gillan on vocals, Ian Paice on Drums and Roger Glover on Bass along with Steve Morse on Guitar and Don Airey on Keyboards.

Deep Purple last played here on May 9, 2002 when they rocked a sold out Fort Canning Park in one of the most memorable rock concerts ever held in Singapore. The 7000+ attendance is still a record for a concert at Fort Canning Park….well at least until April 9 & 10, 2004. If the many positive reviews of the last show are any indication, Purple fans are in for are real treat.
