a) do not use or post third party names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses, unless it concerns a public company or organisation, in which case take note of item b)
b) do not use abusive language or directly attack a person or company and DO NOT SHOUT (unless of joy).
If xpatxperience should receive regular complaints about a certain user we will warn that user to mind his step, if complaints persist and xpatxperience agrees we will bar that user from further use at our sole discretion.
